While we are working closely with all COVID-19 advisements, there is currently no reason for Victorian pest inspections and termite treatments to stop. Pest control remains an essential service and we are continuing to operate in many parts of Victoria. Now is not the time to let home maintenance slip.

We’re equipped to treat your property or building while meeting all safe distancing measures. For our regular clients our message is this – don’t let the benefits of regular pest inspections and treatments be lost. Pests will not be taking a break. If you are home, we can still protect your property without the need for close contact. Residential buildings should continue to be protected, especially during sustained periods of high occupancy rates. Offices, too, should keep up with pest inspections and treatments. In some instances, it’s the ideal time with the absence of workers making access easier.

What precautions should be taken?

As a professional pest inspection and termite treatment service, we already take proper precautions, wearing personal protection equipment, maintaining inspection and treatment equipment, securing any chemicals used, ensuring the safety of workers, residents, tenants and pets at all times.

Now it is vital that all formal measures are taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients and our workers. Rest assured, we’ll be taking action and following COVID-19 updates as they become available from WHO and the Australian Government.

BMC is accustomed to operating as a non-contact, remote service. We will attend your home, building or office to carry out the treatment at the appointed time. Bookings (and billing) is automated. We will still be keeping the lines of communication open by mobile and online messaging or calls.
